I did the Ride London 60 and the Big Blue Bike Ride events in 2023 which was a charity bike ride around Windsor, Marlow, Henley-on-Thames, Wargrave and back to Windsor raising money for Prostate Cancer UK

This year I've already done the Ride London 30.

I will also be doing two charity events this year, firstly I will again support Prostate Cancer UK by doing The Big Blue Bike Ride 2024 on Sunday 8th September starting at Windsor Racecourse, cycle past the historic Windsor Castle, crossing the River Thames into Eton and exploring the Chiltern Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

Prostate Cancer UK has a simple ambition - to stop men dying from prostate cancer. Through shifting the science over the next 10 years to focus on radical improvements in diagnosis, treatment, prevention, and support, we will stop prostate cancer being a killer.

On Sunday 6th October, I will be taking part in the Palace to Palace ride and cycling 45 miles from Buckingham Palace to Windsor Castle and raising funds for the Prince’s Trust.

The Prince's Trust has tailored programmes and provides long-term support give young people the practical skills and emotional resilience to pick themselves back up and create their own positive futures.
